VICTORIA ST CARPARK

Dominion was the main contractor for the addition of four levels to the existing Victoria Street car park.

The works involved the demolition of certain parts of the structure and continued with the installation of the structural steelwork, ’speedfloor’ floor system, carpentry works, lift installation and an upgrade to the existing services including electrical, CCTV and the fire system. The works were carried out whilst the lower 16 floors of the car park remained operational. The site is in an area of high traffic and pedestrian flow.
