ST MARKS RESIDENCES

St Marks luxury apartment complex is in the prestigious suburb of Remuera Auckland and is a landmark project.  The development consists of two main towers located above a common podium made up of 4 blocks.  Each block named the Mark, Mac, Blade, and Grove.

There are five storeys above ground and two levels of basement carpark. The project has a mixture of apartments, retail, and commercial spaces. Construction included a demolition, enabling works and bulk excavations, and in the build a mixture of insitu and precast concrete with a structural steel frame and with the use of the third biggest Hammerhead Crane in New Zealand.

The interior has an extremely high-quality finish. The vision was to target the top end of the apartment building market. Dominion was mindful through the construction process of the focus on environmental and energy efficiency, in the hope of a Homestar Accreditation.
