As part of a CWA with Mainzeal and the Department of Corrections, Dominion was responsible for the construction and site management of 11 buildings for adult and youth accommodation. Dominion’s physical work included carpentry and concrete packages to a total of $24m. Our responsibility continued to the supervision of all fit-out trades and quality control of all subcontractors on the 11 buildings in delivering the completed $64m package.
