Dominion Constructors is the subcontractor for the Concrete structure and precast erection to Arrow International for delivery of this 80-bed care hospital and rest home.

As concrete super-sub, Dominion are responsible for all formwork, reinforcement and concrete works.

This project has required a significant quantity of ground beams required under the 3000m² ground floor. We have also installed all precast panels and stairs and supplied and installed the precast rib and timber infill to the upper level.
