ROTHESAY BAY APARTMENTS

Main contract for the construction of a multi storey building consisting of 22 apartments, 7 retail outlets and basement parking in Rothesay Bay with great views over the Hauraki Gulf.

The structure consists of a 10,000m³, 4 level mainly insitu concrete column, beam and slab construction utilising TT’s precast floor units and a precast concrete façade combined with weather board and double glazed aluminium windows and sliding doors.

The interior of the apartments have high end luxury finishes modified to the individual owner’s requirements.
