QT HOTEL

The QT Hotel in the heart of Aucklands bustling Viaduct Harbour.                                                                                        

Dominion Constructors as main contractor for our key partner Russell Property Group, refurbished this existing office building into a beautiful boutique hotel with rooftop bar and fine dining restaurant.                                                               

Spoken about as the hotel with a ‘shoreline shimmer’ an incredible place to play, unwind and relax in its quirky yet luxurious interior design.                                                             

The extensive scope of work included structural infills to replace the existing split stairs from levels 3 to 5. A complete services overhaul making way for all new hotel grade services and an internal fitout to all rooms on levels 1 to 5. The ground floor fit out involved a new main lobby, hotel rooms & mixed use hospitality areas with stunning style and fixtures. A new glazed façade to the podium area extending up to the underside of level 2. And the seismic upgrade to the existing structure including new traydec to level 5 soffit and clock tower upgrade. Internal lift upgrade to 3 no existing lift shaft. Exterior joinery remedials and repainting of facade.
