Dominion was the main contractor of this four level apartment building.
The building consisted of basement parking, street-level café and 23 high quality apartments. Apartments were one to three bedrooms with ensuites and many architectural features. Together with the apartment building, a suspended single level car park was constructed over a block of eight adjacent shops. The shops remained operational during construction.
