Dominion is proud to have been involved in Housing New Zealand’s Right Size program and to date our team has worked on over forty-four dwellings, undertaking refurbishment of existing houses, construction of minor dwellings and the subdivision of state-owned properties.

Dominion’s role has been to drive on with detailed design once the concept design is agreed, obtain building consent, demolition, site works and construction, right through to practical completion and the issuance of Code of Compliance. Communication and interaction with tenants is a critical part of our service with around 70% remaining in-situ during the works. Dominion has been pre-selected to be part of the panel for Stage three.

With a 100+ strong labour force Dominion Constructors has the delivery capability to deliver a large number of houses in a short period of time as required.
