COURIER POST HIGHBROOK

Dominion was the main contractor for this purpose-built office/warehouse complex designed to hold a sophisticated new sorting conveyor and 200 courier vehicles.

19,500m² of warehouse with single post tension (PT) slab to high flatness ratings, thought to be the largest joint-free PT slab in the world.* Two-level 2200m² office, incorporating a second storey Speedfloor suspended concrete flooring system with Eurotray and composite cladding.

With a tight 12-month timeframe, constant review of programme and methodology ensured that the warehouse and office were handed over 3 months early to allow for the installation of sorting machines.

Externally there is 10,000m² hardstand area with concrete fibre slabs, and 2200m² asphalt area for staff and customer parking.

A flagship project for Goodman, this project was also a pilot for the ESD Commercial Works Tool.
