BTR SYLVIA PARK

The BTR project at Sylvia Park will stand twice the height of a neighbouring 6-storey apartment complex and  comprises a basement, podium, and three towers.

Dominion Structures is installing all precast structural elements and constructing the insitu shear walls using PERI jump form and TRIO shutters.

Two towers have architectural feature walls similar to Dominion’s Waiparuru Hall project.
