RYDGES HOTEL, ROTORUA

The Rydges Rotorua hotel  underwent a renovation project that involved replacing the membrane roofing, gutters, and the recladding of one wing.

The work was carried out while the hotel remained operational. To prevent any disruption to the hotel’s operations, the hotels reroofing was phased to avoid any water ingress or damage, without impacting on the hotel guests.
