PROJECT KERERU

The Nido building in Henderson was reconfigured and fitted out to become a manufacturing, logistics, and head office facility for the client, Thermosash.

The project involved the removal of 6,800 m2 of suspended concrete floors.  Thermosash commenced manufacturing from the new facility in February 2023 and fully occupied the building in March 2023.
